Prior to joining Codazen, Ruen was a software engineering manager at IBM from 2006 to 2016 where they were responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) of enterprise-class software for governance and records management solutions utilized by Fortune 500 companies spanning industries including banking, insurance, healthcare, and government. In 2016, Ruen joined CentralSquare Technologies (formerly Tritech Software Systems) as a software engineering manager where they led an initiative to deliver the next generation industry-leading mission critical Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system utilized by enterprise-scale public safety organizations including city and state Fire, Police, and EMS services.
