Dave DiCamillo has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Assistant Account Executive at KBS in 2006. Dave then worked at Deep Focus as an Account Executive and later as an Account Supervisor. From 2008 to 2009, Dave worked at Insound, where they focused on marketing and business development. In 2010, they joined Soundscreen Design as a marketing and publicity professional. Dave then transitioned to R/GA in 2010, starting as a Producer and later becoming a Senior Producer. In 2013, they joined Code and Theory as the Director of Product Operations and later became a Partner in Operations. Currently, Dave serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Code and Theory, a position they have held since April 2019. Outside of their professional career, Dave also co-founded Arcade Belts in 2009.

Dave DiCamillo attended St. Mark's School from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they pursued a degree in Sociology and Business at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2000 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in those fields.
