Theo Gibbs

Theodora Gibbs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in climate resilience, design strategy, and social responsibility initiatives. Currently serving as the Climate Director at YLabs, Theodora leads projects addressing climate change's impact on women's health, youth mental health, and promoting climate-resilient livelihood opportunities. Previous roles at YLabs include Senior Climate Change Strategy Advisor and Design Director, where Theodora managed a diverse team and launched strategic climate initiatives. Additionally, Theodora is a Co-Founder of Blue Heart, focusing on integrating social responsibility into tech companies, and has held various teaching and strategic positions at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and Stanford ChangeLabs. Theodora holds an M.S. in Earth Systems and a B.A. in Anthropology from Stanford University.
