Dan Federico has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various leadership roles. Dan began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2003, where they worked as a Director for seven years. In 2010, they joined RyanSharkey, LLP as a Director before transitioning to LightSquared in 2011, where they served as VP and chief accountant for a year. In 2012, Federico joined LivingSocial as Corporate Controller and later held the roles of Treasurer and VP-Finance and Treasurer. Since 2015, they have been with Code3 (formerly SocialCode) as CFO.
