József Boda

József Boda is a co-founder and VP at Codecool, responsible for Hungarian operations and the development of digital re/upskilling programs for corporate partners since March 2015. Previously, József served as the co-founder and CEO of Codecool, focusing on training coders through real-world project experience. József's earlier experience includes roles as Line Manager and Site Manager at Evosoft, overseeing agile teams and managing the Miskolc office, respectively. Prior to that, József held various positions at IND Group, including Internet Banking Manager and E-business Director, leading teams in the development of web portals for financial institutions in the CEE region. József holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Miskolc and a BSc in Foreign Trade and Project Management from Szolnoki Főiskola.
