Cody Littlewood

Cody Littlewood is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of Carbon Real Estate Investments since January 2019, Cody leads a private equity firm focused on Class B multifamily properties in the Southeast. As the Executive Chairman and CEO of Codelitt, an innovative product development firm, Cody has been instrumental in helping major corporations develop software products utilizing cutting-edge technologies. Previous roles include a Board Member at Convox, a Digital Media Marketing Manager at Eastman Chemical Company, and key positions at startups such as Gmashr and MyLingo, where Cody showcased expertise in marketing, communications, and strategy development. Cody holds a BS in Communications with a minor in International Marketing from Utah State University.
