Tomasz Kołodziej is an engineering manager with a strong technical background and 14 years of experience in software development. He worked for companies like Intel Security, Forcepoint, SolarWinds, Qualtrics on various on-prem and SaaS products, including NGFW firewall, VPN gateway, monitoring solutions and others.
He started his career as a software developer gaining knowledge in network programming, distributed systems, high availability, and security. Then he switched to project management and engineering management roles, focusing on driving product development and growing software development teams, while still enjoying on-hands programming.
