Santiago Alday

Santiago Alday is an experienced product leader with a strong background in product management across various sectors. Currently serving as Product Lead at Nera since May 2024, Santiago drives the strategy and execution of a digital financing platform for the agricultural sector. Previously, positions held include Product Manager at Mercado Libre, and Product Manager and Product Owner at Prisma Medios de Pago, where responsibilities included managing product roadmaps and mentoring teams. Santiago also contributes as a Course Instructor at Coderhouse, teaching product management. Early career experience includes roles at almundo.com, LAN Airlines, Carvajal Tecnología y Servicios, IBM, and Epson Argentina, with a focus on product development, analysis, and IT support. Santiago holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner® credential and degrees in Informatics from UADE and Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
