Tamara Palonsky

Tamara Palonsky is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and brand development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Ops & People at Coderhouse since March 2022, Palonsky has also held the position of Director at CoderU. As a Co-Founder of BeSales Consulting since May 2018, significant contributions were made in business development. Prior roles include Director of Brand Development & Early Lifecycle at Rappi from August 2019 to March 2022 and various leadership positions at Groupon from 2011 to 2017, where responsibilities encompassed managing travel sales across multiple countries in Latin America. Early career experience includes roles at Keep Rolling Communications and Manzi Publicidad. Tamara Palonsky earned a degree in Public Relations and Institutional Communication from UADE between 2005 and 2011.
