Tracy Phillips has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as an Operator at URENCO USA. In 2018, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Technical University Munich. In 2019, Tracy joined KONUX as a Product Manager and later took on the role of People & Culture - Recruiting. Tracy co-founded CodeSubmit in 2019 and served as the Chief Operating Officer, contributing to the development of a pre-employment technical assessment platform. Tracy also participated in the TinySeed 2020 accelerator program as part of the CodeSubmit team.
Tracy Phillips has a diverse education history. Tracy obtained a Master of Arts degree in Responsibility in Science, Engineering, and Technology (RESET) from the Technical University of Munich, graduating between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they completed a Master of Science degree in Life Science Economics and Policy from the same university during the same period. Tracy's undergraduate education was pursued at Texas A&M University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning. In 2013 and 2014, they participated in The Shape of Two Cities: New York / Paris Program at Columbia University's GSAPP.
Tracy has also acquired several certifications to complement their education. In 2020, they received a certification in Product Masterclass: How to Build Digital Products from the Product School. In 2019, they completed the Startup School by Y Combinator online program. Tracy had also obtained the LEED AP (BD+C) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in 2013.
