Andrew Mallon

Andrew Mallon is the managing director at Codex. Prior to this, they worked as a mechanical engineer at ModuSpec from October 2005 to April 2008. Andrew was responsible for technical assessments, incident investigations and condition reports for a range of onshore and offshore drilling installations. From January 2008 to February 2011, they worked as an integrity team lead at Lloyd's Register EMEA where they were responsible for integrity and maintenance contract activities across a range of offshore installations and onshore terminal at BHP Billiton, Liverpool Bay. From January 1999 to December 2003, they worked as an NPK mechanical maintenance manager at Kemira Agro UK Limited where they managed all mechanical and civil maintenance for this top-tier COMAH site. Andrew was also responsible for all mechanical design change requests, risk assessments and RCM activities. Andrew Mallon has significant experience in shutdown planning and execution across a number of plant areas. Andrew is also accountable for a multi-million pound annual maintenance budget. Prior to working at Kemira Agro UK Limited, they worked as an operations engineer at R&B Falcon from July 1998 to August 1999.

Andrew Mallon has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical & Offshore Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool.
