Natalya Klimenko is the Co-Founder and VP of Marketing at Codica, a Ruby on Rails development company. Natalya has deep expertise in creating web solutions for small and medium businesses and startups. Prior to their role at Codica, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at SSA Group and as an Independent Consultant. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Zfort Group and an HR Manager at Intetics. Natalya began their career as a Recruiter at QArea.
Natalya Klimenko completed a Magister degree in Psychology at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they also earned a Magister degree with Honors at Kharkiv State Academy of Culture, although the field of study is not specified.
