Lucía Facchin began their work experience in 2012 as a Box Office Assistant and Treasurer for a movie company, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they joined the University of Regina as a Spanish Teaching Assistant, responsible for supervising the pronunciation class and managing the Spanish conversation club. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Suiterm in the Administration and Import Department. In 2019, they joined CodigoDelSur as a Business Developer, and later became the Chief Commercial Officer in January 2022.
Lucía Facchin completed their International Business Bachelor degree at Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they also participated in a student exchange program at the University of Regina for two semesters, focusing on International Business/Trade/Commerce. Additionally, Lucía has obtained several certifications, including AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS), front-end development training from Hack Academy, coding fundamentals from Grasshopper by Google, and various Excel skills for business courses from Coursera. Lucía also holds a Certificate of Competency in English from the University of Michigan. Lucía received honors in the Dean's Honours list during their time at the University of Regina and completed a course on entrepreneurship and new business strategies at Universidad de Salamanca.
