Melita Garrett

Melita Garrett has extensive experience in human resources and administrative support, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Codman Academy Charter Public School since June 2016, where responsibilities have included overseeing enrollment and student records. Previously, Melita worked as an Event, Data, and Communication Coordinator at Boston Arts Academy from 2022 to August 2023 and held the position of Faculty Assistant at Harvard Graduate School of Education from July 2002 to October 2015, assisting professors with course materials, finances, and departmental activities. Melita is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cambridge College, with an expected graduation in May 2025.
