Ani Dolbakyan

Ani Dolbakyan is currently working as a Human Resources Specialist at Codulate, where Ani focuses on employee onboarding and engagement programs, HR policy implementation, interviewing and screening candidates for engineering roles, implementing employee engagement initiatives, administering employee benefits and compensation programs, and managing employee records. Prior to their current role, Ani served as a Chief Operating Officer at Basic IT Center and held positions such as Customer Support Specialist and Human Resources Assistant at Reebok Sports Club Armenia. Ani has a Bachelor's degree in Languages and Social Sciences from The Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov.
