Baha Xudayberdiev is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack and Front End at CODY Systems since March 2023. Previously, Baha held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Vanguard, working on the Digital Advisor Platform, and at Elsevier on the Transition To Practice team. Baha began a career as a Software Engineer at Optum, where participation in a Technology Development Program facilitated rotations in Application Development. Baha’s early experience includes an internship at Abington Memorial Hospital, focusing on web development and SharePoint optimization. Baha holds a Master of Science in Information Science from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor's Degree in Informational Science and Technology from Penn State Abington, along with a brief academic experience at Hebei University of Technology.
