Alejandro Lema is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Coéxito since June 2016, Alejandro focuses on developing value creation strategies for the company and target clients. Previous roles include Director of Marketing at Energiteca, where responsibilities involved defining and executing sales growth strategies, and Jefe de Mercadeo at Induma S.A.S, where Alejandro structured the marketing area to achieve key performance goals. Alejandro also held positions in product marketing and marketing management at Coéxito, Bidda, PROPAL S.A., ClarkeModet, and CEMEX. Alejandro holds an Industrial Engineer degree and a specialization in Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali.
