Currently serving as CEO and Founder of Premium Coffee Group AG, Michael leads the development of innovative coffee concepts and retail solutions. Concurrently, Michael operates as an Entrepreneur and Investor at Iconic Capital Group AG, focusing on seed and angel investments. As a Board Member of Coffee Address, Michael contributes to the promotion of premium coffee and convenience food solutions. Prior roles include International Sales Director at Selecta, where Michael managed a $120 million premium coffee solutions business, and Head of Sales & Marketing at GEG - Global Estate Group. Michael’s earlier career includes significant positions at Deutsche Post and Avantgarde Communication, complemented by an MBA in International Marketing and Sales from EADA Business School and a Diplom-Kaufmann from FHDW Hannover.
