Ieva also held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Senukai and Division Manager for the IT/Audio Video Group, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development, product range formation, market analysis, product implementation, pricing coordination, supplier negotiations, and marketing campaigns. Earlier, Ieva worked as a Business Development Manager at UAB "Senuku Prekybos Centras." Ieva holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from ISM Vadybos ir ekonomikos universitetas and a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Kauno Technologijos Universitetas.
