A career investment banker with more than 30 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance, Jeffrey has advised clients in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Cofomo, he held notable roles at DNA Capital, Scotia Capital, and RBC Dominion Securities (the latter two position involving periods where he was based in Toronto). Beyond his investment banking experience, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Revision Military (now Galvion), where he remains one of the initial shareholders and a member of its Board of Directors. Jeffrey is a graduate from Western University, and currently stands as a governor and member of the Board of Directors of Les amis de la montagne, a non-profit conservation and advocacy group for Mount Royal, and president of its annual fundraising campaign. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Birks Family Foundation.
