Jeffrey Seger

Jeffrey Seger is a seasoned data architect with extensive experience in database architecture and technical leadership. Currently serving as Project Technical Lead at Cogent People since July 2025, Seger plays a pivotal role on a US government contract. Previously, Seger was a Senior Data Architect at ElectrifAi, where responsibilities included leading the Enrollment Reconciliation Process for a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) contract. Seger also held the position of Data Architect at SilverRail, focusing on upgrading reporting systems and designing data warehouse schemas. As Principal Technical Architect at OperaSolutions, Seger led efforts similar to those at ElectrifAi. Earlier experience includes various roles in data architecture and development at Altisource Labs, CashStar, Ability Resources, Raytheon, TD Bank, and Global Technical Talent. Educational background includes a BS in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine and training at the Defense Language Institute.
