Ivana Ilkovska

Ivana Ilkovska is an experienced professional in the tech support and customer service fields, currently serving as a Senior Team Manager at Cognism since June 2020, with a progression from Customer Service Representative to Senior Customer Service Agent, and roles as Team Lead and Team Manager. Prior to this, Ivana worked at Ars studio from September 2012 to June 2020 as a Translator and Interpreter. Ivana holds a degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology in Skopje (2008-2012) and has recently completed a Full-Stack Developer program in Information Technology from Brainster (May 2022 - May 2023).
