Roger Potter

Roger began his career as a Data Scientist, building Predictive and Descriptive Models to improve business results for a variety of use cases. He then spent much of his time building Data Science Departments for several companies, including various Insurance Companies, Financial Services, Publishing, and Litigation Management. As part of this organization development, Roger began creating blended organizations incorporating onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-performing, efficient, and cost-effective groups.
