Cognitiv is on the cutting edge of ad tech and science, and we are looking for an energetic, creative, fun, experienced problem solver to be part of our Client Success team. This is an opportunity for someone with strong account management skills and experience in digital media and who is ready to play a key role in driving a new and fast-growing organization to success.   In addition to being the advertisers’ point-of-contact for all campaign related tasks, this person will collaborate with a group of experienced and extremely dedicated coworkers who are all passionate about advertising, artificial intelligence and automated problem solving. This position will be located in New York City with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for campaign strategy, planning, execution and performance, while being an expert in Cognitiv capabilities and products.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with operations and trading media strategists for effective media recommendations and successful campaign management.
  • Effectively utilize data and insights to apply campaign optimization strategies that exceed clients’ KPI goals, drive renewals and growth.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with brand and agency clients to focus on ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Drive ongoing internal operational efficiencies and platform performance through process optimization and client feedback to stakeholders (Product, Engineering and Marketing).
  • Support sales staff in all client related activities, such as onboarding, education and training, business reviews and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing and/or equivalent industry experience.
  • 4+ years overall work experience
  • At least 2 years of sales support/client-facing experience or Account Management in the digital media industry.
  • Background in programmatic advertising.
  • Direct hands-on experience with digital media activation and related concepts (DSPs, DMPs, tracking pixels, 3rd party tags, click trackers, viewability standards, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence speaking in front of groups.
  • Effective decision-making and time-management skills, planning and problem-solving with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.
  • Proficient in Excel and ability to utilize large data sets to build insights and strategy recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker and a team player, who is comfortable working in a dynamic and growing environment.

Salary

  • $110,000-$130,000 Base Salary (depending on experience) + Equity
