Michelle Spears is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Michelle serves as the Head of HR for Snap-on Business Solutions Europe, managing HR operations for the UK and Europe since September 2020. Prior to this position, Michelle held the role of HR Manager at Cognitran from 2007 onwards. Michelle’s early career includes positions in business and public relations at companies such as Business Link for Essex, Marks and Spencer, and Weber Shandwick. Michelle began professional endeavors in marketing and events coordination with notable experience at Trinity Mirror plc, EY, and the British Brain and Spine Foundation, along with accounts management at Tullett Prebon.
