Melissa Pombal

Melissa (Aydin) Pombal has extensive experience in talent acquisition and technology consulting recruitment, currently serving as a Global Executive Recruitment professional at Cognizant. Previously, Melissa held several leadership positions at Contino, including Vice President of Talent and Head of TalentOps for the US, and also served as Director of Talent in the same region. Prior to that, a role as a Senior Technical Recruiter in Talent Acquisition for HBC Digital was undertaken at Hudson's Bay Company, along with a position as a Senior Technical Recruitment Specialist at Career Developers, Inc. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ramapo College of New Jersey and has furthered education at Harvard Business School.
