Michael Darcy

Michael Darcy serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Cognizant, where responsibilities include leading people and organizational strategies to enhance associate potential and drive shareholder value. Prior to this role, Michael was the Chief People Officer and Operating Partner at a private, PE-backed global manufacturing company, overseeing human resources during significant growth. Michael's experience also includes serving as Managing Principal at MD Consulting Services, focusing on People Advisory and business transformation, and as Vice President of Global Human Resources at DXC Technology, where leadership contributed to transformative initiatives and financial enhancements. Additionally, Michael held the position of Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Scotts Miracle-Gro, managing total rewards strategies and M&A integrations. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
