Rohit Goel

Rohit Goel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital business operations, particularly in managing high-value client relationships and large teams across various regions. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Cognizant since February 2019, Rohit oversees delivery and client relationships with a P&L responsibility of $80M and leads a team of over 2500 members globally. Prior to this role, Rohit held several senior positions at IBM from March 2008 to January 2019, where responsibilities included service desk management, service delivery for multiple clients across various regions, and leading significant growth initiatives in service management.
