Constantin Tanasa is an experienced technology leader specializing in cellular software development, currently serving as Cellular Software Director & CTO at Cognyte since February 2021, focusing on R&D of advanced cellular solutions from 2G to 5G. Prior to this role, Constantin worked at UTX Technologies LTD for over 12 years, holding key positions such as CTO & Cellular Manager and leading teams in developing cellular telecommunications protocols including GSM, UMTS, and LTE. Earlier experience includes senior roles at Amdocs, Synygy, and MIND CTI, where Constantin contributed to enterprise application development and software automation. Constantin holds a BSc in Computer Science from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași, completed in 2004.
