Gantcho Radoslavov

Gantcho Radoslavov has extensive experience in systems engineering and IT architecture, currently serving as Head of Systems Engineers at Cohen & Steers since August 2017. Radoslavov's prior experience includes a role as Senior System Engineer at Virtu Financial following its acquisition of KCG Holdings and a similar position at KCG Holdings, where responsibilities included the creation of a VDI system for active trading. Previous roles at Aberdeen Asset Management and Artio Global involved significant projects such as email integration, VDI environments, and migration to Microsoft Exchange. Radoslavov began their career with notable positions at Julius Baer Investment Management and C-Shell Inc., leading teams and optimizing IT processes. Radoslavov holds two Bachelor's degrees in International Business from the University of Economics in Varna.
