Tee Sun

Tee Sun, FSA, CERA, MAAA has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2013, Tee worked as an Actuarial Intern at USAble Life before moving on to Monster Energy as a Collegiate Ambassador. From 2014 to 2015, Tee worked as an EBI Medical Informatics Intern at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield and then as a Graduate Teaching Instructor at Ball State University.

Tee joined Nationwide Financial in 2015 and held several roles within the company, including Actuarial Intern, Actuarial Sr Analyst, Actuarial Specialist, Actuarial Consultant, Actuarial Sr. Consultant, and finally, as an Actuary from 2019 to 2021.

In 2021, Tee transitioned to FIS as a Business Solutions Senior Actuary. Currently, Tee is working at Coherent, starting as a Sales Engineer in 2023 and later taking on the role of Technical Sales Director.

Tee Sun, FSA, CERA, MAAA completed a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics at the University of Central Arkansas from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, Tee pursued further education in Actuarial Science by enrolling in Master's Degree coursework at Ball State University, which was completed in 2015. Additionally, Tee has obtained multiple certifications, including being a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst from the Society of Actuaries. Tee is also a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
