Ekaterina Minkevich

Ekaterina Minkevich has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ekaterina started their career at GSK in 2007 as a Medical Representative, where they specialized in resource management and team leadership. In 2009, they were promoted to Regional Sales Manager, where they oversaw a team of 7-10 medical representatives and was responsible for staff KPI preparation, personal development plans, and competency reviews.

In 2016, Ekaterina joined Coherent Solutions as a Business Analyst, a role they held until 2019. Ekaterina then transitioned to the position of Business Analyst/Team Lead from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Ekaterina took on the role of Project Manager until 2021, when they were promoted to Software Program Manager.

Throughout their career, Ekaterina has demonstrated their expertise in various roles and industries, showcasing strong leadership, analytical skills, and a track record of successfully managing teams and projects.

Ekaterina Minkevich has pursued education in various fields. Ekaterina completed a Professional Diploma in Management at The Open University Business School. Additionally, they obtained a Medical Doctor degree in neurology from Belarusian State Medical University. To further their knowledge in computer science, Ekaterina pursued a postgraduate degree in this field at Belarusian National Technical University.
