Max Brunner

Max Brunner has a solid background in corporate and securities law. Max currently holds the position of Vice President of Corporate & Securities Law at Coherus BioSciences since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Counsel at Allen Matkins from January 2020 to November 2021 and as an Associate from November 2017 to January 2020. Max also gained experience as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2012 to October 2017, and as a Summer Associate at the same company from May 2011 to August 2011.

Max Brunner has a BA in Economics and History from Dartmouth College. Max also holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certification from the State Bar of California.
