Stephen Martino

Stephen Martino possesses extensive experience in customer success and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as Lead Customer Success Manager at Cohesity since June 2021, previous roles include Director of Storage and Data Centers, Director of Cloud Migrations, Director of Cloud Operations, and Director of Systems Management at Harvard University from October 2011 to May 2021. Prior to that, Stephen held the position of Director of IT Infrastructure at Harvard Medical School from February 1993 to October 2011. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the MOR Leadership Program, a Master's in Management Information Systems from Harvard Extension School, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Bryant University, complemented by a high school diploma in Information Technology from North Attleboro High School.
