Kim Kilkenney

Kim Kilkenney serves as the Chief People Officer at CohnReznick LLP, having assumed this role in November 2023. Prior to this, Kim held multiple leadership positions at Deloitte from July 2015 to November 2023, including Managing Director in Deloitte Global's People Workforce Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing global centers of excellence in talent acquisition, HR technology, and workforce strategy among others. Kim's extensive experience also includes roles as Chief of Staff at Compliance Implementation Services, where Kim was previously the Chief People Officer, and significant independent consulting engagements. Early career roles span marketing and business development in the defense industry, as well as various positions in higher education administration. Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from Penn State University.
