Brian McClary has a strong background in hotel management, with a particular focus on revenue maximization strategies. Brian has served as Vice President of Revenue Management at CoHo Services since 2004, where they are responsible for devising and implementing revenue strategies, conducting market analysis, and assessing marketing and distribution channels. Prior to that, Brian worked at The Heathman Lodge for 18 years, first as the Director of Housekeeping, then as the Director of Rooms, and finally as the Hotel Manager. In these roles, they emphasized exceptional service, sales, creativity, and cleanliness.
Brian McClary, CHRM, CHIA has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University. Brian also holds a certificate in Digital Marketing Strategies from Portland State University. In addition, they have completed coursework in Criminal Justice at Scottsdale Community College. Brian has obtained various certifications in revenue management and hotel industry analytics from institutions such as Infinito Revenue Management Solutions, eCornell, American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, STR, and Choice Hotels International. Brian is also a Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager and has completed the Fundamentals of Revenue Management course from HSMAI.
