Managing Partner at Coho

Alan Zang has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Alan started their career as a Corporate Finance Intern at CoStar Group in 2003 and later joined Ernst & Young, LLP as a Senior Associate in 2005. In 2008, they joined DaVita HealthCare Partners as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Development (M&A) and later became a Manager in the same department. In 2010, Alan joined Coho, initially known as CustomerFirst Renewables, as one of its four original team members. Alan currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations and has played a significant role in leading Coho's growth into a leading sustainability consulting firm with 70 team members.

Alan Zang completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland in 2005. Alan then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Alan Zang obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy in 2008. Alan later earned the Executive Leadership Expedition certification from NOLS in August 2021.
