During their internship, Charlie assisted in constructing and testing equipment for the facility's particle accelerator and helped build advanced medical tools using technologies developed at the lab.

After that, Charlie joined Accenture as a Business Implementation Senior Analyst. In this role, they delivered and supported mobile applications for clients, coordinating communications, developing training tools, and creating analytical reports using SQL and Microsoft Office.

Charlie then worked as a Planning, Design, and Evaluation Intern at CLEAResult before moving to Coho Climate Advisors. At Coho Climate Advisors, they held various positions, starting as an Associate and later promoting to Engagement Manager and then Senior Engagement Manager.

Overall, Charlie has gained experience in research, technology consulting, project management, and client engagement throughout their career.

Charlie Barnett completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, which they completed from 2009 to 2013.
