From 2010 to 2011, Jonathan served as the President and CEO of Organica Water Inc., a technology provider for wastewater treatment. During their tenure, they guided the company through the transition from development to commercialization and provided executive leadership to capitalize on global presence and past accomplishments.
Jonathan's earlier experience includes working at ChemTreat, Inc. (Danaher Corporation) from 1999 to 2009 as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Marketing. Jonathan led cross-functional global strategy development and ensured execution through scorecards and metrics. Prior to that, they held the role of Regional Sales Manager at Betz Laboratories from 1990 to 1999, where they transformed a low-performing sales organization and achieved annual sales growth of over 18% through innovative sales and marketing plans.
