Currently serving as the Chief Information and Digital Transformation Officer at COIMA since June 2018, Vincenzo has previously held significant positions including Innovation and Digital Transformation Consultant, President of SPAFID CONNECT S.P.A., and Executive Board Member at Compass Banca S.p.A. and Mediobanca. With a track record as COO of Mediobanca and as the Country Head for Operations and Technology at Citibank, Vincenzo brings a robust background in IT management, technological innovation, and strategic leadership. COIMA is a leading platform for the investment, development and management of real estate assets on behalf of international and domestic institutional investors. COIMA SGR, an Investment & Asset management company, manages 30 real estate investment funds with over Euro 8,4 billion in investment and counts in its portfolio over 150 properties, including over 34 LEED certified properties. COIMA REM, a Development and Property management company, in over 40 years has developed and managed real estate properties totaling over 6 million square meters. COIMA RES is a real estate investment company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange which manages real estate assets in Italy, mainly consisting of properties for commercial use. Among the most important projects, COIMA has co-invested, co-developed and still manages the Porta Nuova project in Milan, the largest urban redevelopment project in a historic centre in Europe, located in a unique location 1 km away from the Duomo. Through the consolidation of the three neighbourhoods Garibaldi, Varesine and Isola, Porta Nuova returns to Milan an abandoned area of over 290,000 square meters, with 24 LEED certified buildings for a sustainable quality level without comparison in Italy. 30 architects of 8 different nationalities took part in the project, which among the various international awards received the European Property Award 2015-2016 and the MIPIM Award 2018.
