Currently serving as the Senior Engineering Manager at Coinbase, Kunal heads the FCM (Derivatives) Engineering and has a background in building prime brokerage systems for institutional clients. Prior to this role, Kunal worked as an Engineering Manager at Coinbase, focusing on trading systems and market data analytics, and contributed to the Uber Cash platform and fraud prevention engineering while at Uber. Kunal’s technical proficiency was further honed at Twilio, where leadership in cloud resource management was a key responsibility, and at Amazon, where contributions were made to improve retail customer experiences. Kunal holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
