Rajat Goel is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Coinbase since July 2018, Rajat has previously held senior positions such as Sr. Director of Engineering at Docker, Inc., and Vice President of Engineering at Layer. At Cloudera, Rajat was Head of Enterprise Engineering, overseeing significant growth in enterprise customer adoption. Earlier career highlights include roles at VMware, where Rajat managed engineering for Socialcast and VMware Workstation, as well as a consultancy position at Milliman and technical leadership at Microsoft. Rajat holds a B.Math in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
