Sundeep V.

Sundeep V. is an experienced professional in information security and governance, currently serving as the Manager of Security Policy and Governance at Coinbase since August 2023, leading the global security policy team. Sundeep has been a member of the GIAC Advisory Board since September 2017, contributing to the security community. Prior to Coinbase, Sundeep held the position of Manager in Security and Technology Solutions at Meta from November 2019 to July 2023, overseeing business information security and technology solutions. Sundeep's background includes a role as Senior Manager at PwC, where responsibilities included mentoring staff and managing cybersecurity engagements, and positions related to information security and research at Carnegie Mellon University, Electronic Arts, and Tata Consultancy Services. Sundeep holds a Master’s degree in Information Security Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
