Ovia Seshadri

Ovia Seshadri currently serves as the Head of DevRel at CoinDCX, while also fulfilling the role of Chennai Chapter Director for The Phoenix Guild, an organization dedicated to empowering female and non-binary builders in the web3 space. Ovia has a solid background in research, having been a Research Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where a PhD dissertation focused on enhancing performance in Proof-of-Work blockchains. Previous professional experience includes roles as Principal Software Engineer at Aris Global and a Research Internship at IBM Research, alongside positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant across various computer science subjects. Ovia holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, complemented by an Integrated M.S. in Computer Software Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
