Eslam Ramzi

Eslam Ramzi is an experienced marketing and customer service professional with a diverse background in digital marketing, community engagement, and customer support. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager for CoinEX in the MENA region since June 2021, Eslam oversees brand awareness initiatives through digital channels and offline events. Previously, Eslam held roles as a Content Creator and Community Manager, focusing on engaging Arabic-speaking customers on various platforms. Eslam's extensive experience includes positions at Seamax Sharm and HSBC, where skills in digital marketing, customer support, and team leadership were honed. Eslam holds an LLB from Cairo University and additional qualifications in legal translation and language proficiency.
