Carmen Tan has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Carmen started their career at Emirates in 2014 as a Senior Flight Attendant and continued in that role until 2020. In 2020, they joined MultiBank Group as an Account Manager, where they successfully managed investors' equity and foreign exchange settlement issues, conducted daily management of company holdings and transactions, and produced reports for the investment team. Carmen then transitioned to the role of ASEAN Market Supervisor at MultiBank Group in 2021 before moving to CoinW Exchange in 2022. At CoinW Exchange, they initially served as the Global Strategy and Growth Manager and is currently working as the Chief Communications Officer.
Carmen Tan graduated from Tamkang University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business. In 2012, they also attended Xiamen University for a short period to pursue the same degree. In terms of additional certifications, Carmen obtained various qualifications related to finance and business between the years 2020 and 2023, including ASIC RG146 certifications, an AML and CTF Course, and several virtual skill labs and seminars offered by Hult International Business School.
