Mark Scholtes has a significant work experience in the Coca-Cola industry. Mark has held various leadership roles in different divisions of the company. Mark started their career in 2001 as a Sales Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. In 2002, they joined The Coca-Cola Company and served as a General Manager before becoming the Director of Field Sales Operations in Canada. In 2015, they became the Director of Region Sales Capabilities, responsible for enhancing the capabilities of the Field Sales team. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Director of Business Transformation, leading numerous innovative projects for the Coca-Cola system in Canada. Mark then transitioned to Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, where they were initially the Group Director of Customer Excellence. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Customer Excellence and later assumed the role of Vice President of Supply Chain in 2022. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various strategic initiatives, including expansion into the online marketplace, implementing new capabilities, developing training solutions, and generating efficiency and effectiveness across the business.
Mark Scholtes earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Mark attended this school from 1992 to 1996.
