Cyril Bouygues is a graduate of Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) and holds a Harvard Master in Public Administration. He held the post of works supervisor at Bouygues Construction, then head of projects at Bouygues Immobilier, before becoming Director of hydrocarbon exploration and production projects at Investaq Energie (SCDM group) in October 2014. In October 2016, he was appointed Head of Strategy and Development at SCDM Energy Limited. He was then Director of Strategy at Heling from July 2021 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Heling on 1 February 2022.
Cyril Bouygues was co-opted as a director of Colas SA on February 22, 2022, replacing Olivier Bouygues. Ratification of his appointment will be subject to the approval of the General Shareholders' Meeting of April 26, 2022.
