Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State World Campus (2018-2022), a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources Management from Park University (2008-2014), and three Associate’s Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Instructor of Technology and Military Science, Criminal Justice, and Aviation Maintenance Technology.
