Pandit Mami serves as the Associate Director of Global Connections, Business, and Consulting at Colby College since September 2022. As CEO of the Ngoyeaa Back to School Foundation, Mami has developed a sustainability strategy that successfully empowers over 32 at-risk youths, achieving a 95 percent retention rate. Mami also contributes as Research Lead & Analyst at the Africa Center for Strategic Progress and holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Sierra Leone Forum for New Democracy. Prior experience includes significant roles at Human-I-T, City Year, and the Zionist Organization of America, where Mami demonstrated strong expertise in fundraising, project management, and leadership. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Relations from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
